"I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. The kitchen had no dishes in it. I understand after rereading another review you could ask for a kitchen kit. This wasn't...

"There was nothing enjoyable about this terrible hotel. I found a dirty wash cloth in my shower. A hole not fixed in the wall. And you could see the paint where it had been punched before"

"I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am"

"We had a somewhat complex situation due to extending our stay from 1 night to 3. This seemed to confuse evening desk staff, who was also perfunctory to the point of rudeness, although the day staff were very competent, helpful and pleasant. Rooms were adequate though not very soundproof,as noise or loud TV from the next room was disruptive. Breakfast was adequate only."

"Excellent staff but the place was very run down. Smelled like a dog when we walked in and our room smelled like old cooking grease. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dressers and furniture were really beat up. I get that it is not a luxury hotel, but for $250/ night (graduation weekend price gouging), it was hard to swallow. Not gonna extend my stay here."
