We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. "The residence is beautiful! The pool was huge and very clean. The property is a 2 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. It is a 10 minute walk to the Ferry. The balcony had a lovely view of of the pool and neighborhood (but not the ocean or beach). The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They also let us leave our bags with them at check out so we could continue exploring the area before catching our ferry. I also highly recommend Maiori. Its a beautiful...

"Palazzo Margherita is a beautiful historical building in a very convenient location, with fantastic views from the room. I stayed with my husband and our three teenage kids, and we had a great time there. Mauro was exceptionally kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Wonderful place. Great views of the ocean over Sorrento from the room and the building terrace. The owner recommended the restaurant next door for dinner and that was fantastic. Would highly recommend! Also, only 15 minute by car or Sita bus to Positano or Sorrento depending on which way you decide to go. "

"Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte in questa struttura per visitare gli scavi di Ercolano. Alla reception ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, dandoci tutte le indicazioni. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e nuovi con tutti i confort. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Nella zone comuni c'è una terrazza nella quale si può godere del panorama del Vesuvio."
