"Beautiful hotel. Rooms are new and stylish, beds are Marriott comfy, nice toiletries and towels, nespresso coffee in room, gym has a decent selection of equipment. Staff were attentive and helpful. However, I’d skip the dining options - neither breakfast nor the lounge was very good. "

"I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller on 15/11/2025. I arrived at 14.00pm to see if I could get an early check in but my room wasn’t ready. I was allowed to check my bag into the storage room then returned at 15.00pm and it still wasn’t ready so I was upgraded to a different room. The check-in lady seemed a bit miserable, she didn’t smile and I had to ask her to repeat most things she said due to the language barrier. It is worth noting there is a 2 euro city tax to pay upon arrival...

"Absolutes Spitzenhotel; sehr gute Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Große, schöne und komfortable Zimmer mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück am Morgen. Täglicher umfassender Zimmerservice und freundliches Personal. Vor daher: absolut empfehlenswert!!!"

"This is the best in Vilnius! It’s very near the famous attractions, restaurants and accessible for rides. The hotel staff are the best - welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room and we had the most comfortable stay in our travel journey."

"Die Räumlichkeiten des Hotels sind kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Ich hatte wohl ein Standard Zimmer und war mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Bad und auch der Rest wirkten neu und es war ruhig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß und schmackhaft. Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Zur Kathedrale sind es 2 km zu Fuß. Man kann auch einen der Busse mit Haltestelle vor dem Hotel nehmen. Die Zimmer werden auf Wunsch hin gemacht, wenn man es wünscht und anmeldet. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. ...

"Lovely room and great location—everything was within easy walking distance without being too much in the middle of noise and busyness. Breakfast had lots of good options. Loved the balcony and warm bathroom floors. "

"Extremely fascinating! We felt like we were under the arches of an ancient city. The clever decorating scheme included existing stone structures amid the modern facilities provided for comfort. There was even a floral courtyard to be discovered in the morning. Complete kitchenette. The best restaurant is just around the corner "

"We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment...
