"Great location!"

"Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. At other times when I asked questions to the front desk about directions or where a souvenir shop it they were super unhelpful and indifferent."
