*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission

The house appeared as shown in listing. We had a couple of issues including a safety issue that was addressed. However, rather than owning the issue & apologizing the manager proceeded to blame us & tell us we’re lucky they didn’t charge us for the service call. Really outrageous on a basic human level. I have never made a complaint at any rental property and it’s unfortunate that with a few simple words the manager could have left us with an entirely different experience but instead we felt gaslighted.
