"Love it! Beautiful resort. Some parts are outdated but they do an amazing job to keep things looking nice. The staff is very friendly. The only time we had an issue was with room service. The guy rolled his eyes that we complained about the food being cold. Just recommend going to the on site restaurant much better there!! I would stay here again though! "

"Great service and helpful staff. The tour company they partner with are however not great. I would book tours elsewhere. Food, drinks, service, spa and the thermals were absolutely spectacular and would highly recommend."

"This properly was absolutely beautiful, so green and lush and the veiws in every direction was amazing. The birds we seen, the walks we took were juat amazin. Highly recommend the jacuzzi outside the views all around juat no words. "

"Our stay at the Arenal Hot Springs in La Fortuna was absolutely amazing. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views of the volcano right outside our window—it felt surreal. The private hot tub in the room was exactly what we needed for relaxation, and having access to the hot springs on-site was so convenient after long days of exploring. "We loved the views of the lake and volcano, the food was great, the hiking trails were tons of fun, the dante waterfall was beautiful, and the staff were absolutely amazing! We loved Howard and our beautiful waitress with red hair! Also, don't let the shared bathrooms scare you away from the casona. It was an amazing room with the best view and toucans!"

"Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. "Brand new property with only a few reviews that were all good. Glad we went with it. It was great. It is away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna and it is absolutely beautiful. It is a little bit off the beaten path and up a slightly challenging road to get to, but it is worth it. You need a rental car to get here. Preferably an SUV."

"This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It is about a 3-4 min drive to the restaurants in town. Daily breakfast was very good, the spa was marvelous! We went twice for massages, the pool and separate jacuzzi’s were great. "

"Nuestra experiencia en Nayara fue excelente. Desde el inicio la atención del personal nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas, acogedoras y siempre en perfecto orden. La comida en los restaurantes es deliciosa, con mucha calidad y variedad.
