"Clean rooms"

"The floor was filthy , had to mop floor first night. Which was very frustrating. Overall , extremely disappointed . All amenities were in the casino ( gym, pool Restaurant Etc. )Which was in the next parking lot over, I was explained the hotel and motor lodge had amenities , but was never made aware they were all in the Casino Building. Therefore, we were unable to use them. Also, every time the bathroom sink was used there was an awful ( sewer) smell which permeated our entire room and...

"For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. Housekeeping didn’t come by all weekend. Definitely would not go back. It was clean, the bed was great. Not the worst experience but way too...

"The building is a bit old, and there are 2 separate buildings. The fronter one is close to the road and have a better lake view but the further one have the pool and hot tub. In peak summer season, we paid 500+ for a king size bedroom in the further building, which is a bit expensive in terms of how the amenities are and not much complimentary items were provided, such as disposable slippers, or refillable water. The ice machine was also broken in the further building."

"The hotel was a very good price for where it is. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean when we first entered. The lighting next to the bed would be the only complaint. The lights were broken and did not light up the bed area. The bar and outdoor music was cool and created a nice atmosphere. "Shockingly dirty and in poor condition — especially for the price. Shower completely clogged, old food in fridge, old cigarettes in night stand, floors dirty, sink broken, “queen” bed was a full (4.5 ft), no AC — just one old box fan."

"Best location! Heavenly Village and Lakeside Beach are both within easy walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable, and the huge TV was perfect for entertainment after a day of exploring."

"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."
