Very quiet neighborhood close to everything you need to see. Host was very, very responsive to any questions that we had. If we go back to Tahoe, this is where we will stay.

The house is perfect for a large group! Plenty of space to spread out, lots of bathrooms. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, theater and pool table! The kitchen was stocked well and we were able to cook anything we wanted. Every room has a tv if people want some quiet time away from the group! Host was very responsive as well. This house would be perfect for a winter family vacation too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family of 10 used the pool, the hot rub and especially the theater. We cooked all of our meals and we were able to find all the pots, pans , etc to make great meals! I would highly recommend the house! Also a great hiking trail literally starts down the street.

Beautiful home close to everything! We didn’t need to leave much since there are so many amenities at the home. Our group was from 2 years to 82 years and everyone had amazing time. Kids love the pool and adults loved the hot tub! Home was clean and well appointed. Washer/dryer worked well. Access to garage was key since parking in the street is prohibited. Very good and responsive host. Recommend for large families and groups.

Overall enjoyable stay as house was pretty comfortable and had most of the amenities as described. The host was very reachable and communicated very effectively.Just some small issues with sauna not working properly which I think host/owner is process of fixing.I would recommend this place if you are planning to relax in Tahoe and away from the noise and tourists..

Very nice place. We had 3 children under 5 and the stairway was our biggest issue, otherwise we enjoyed the accommodations.

Fantastic Large Family Cabin

Excellent location and property. Well equipped and great for a large group with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to South Lake Tahoe but very quiet neighborhood.

Family Reunion

Overall, we enjoyed this property. It is in a lovely location and had everything we needed and then some. The property could use some basic maintenance but everything was clean and a good time was had by all.

Great place to stay!

A large group of us stayed here for 3 days on a ski trip. The sauna was great to come back and warm up after a day on the slopes! Plenty of room for a large group without being on top of each other. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

Incredible place. The host was so helpful with the process. I would stay again. We had my wife, 4 children and their spouses, 3 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. What a great experience.

Great place for family gatherings. Plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Any questions were quickly answered by manager.

Wonderful house which allowed all 12 of us to stay together vs. a hotel. Great amenities and close to Tahoe attractions. The description did not include the many steps it took to reach the main floor. This was difficult because we had 2 disabled people. We left a list of things needing to be repaired. We did have a great time.

Paradise in Lake Tahoe

This is a large house and fit my family just fine (8 adults and 5 grandkids), the indoor pool kept the kids busy for at least two hours per day, the hot tub was nice as well. Very quiet neighborhood and Dennis was always quick to return calls or emails when I had questions both before and during my stay. Hope to visit again someday!

Large nice home but could use some updating. Needs more seating for living area for amount of people it accommodates. The amenities of the indoor pool, sauna and steam shower were a positive for the family

Winter Wonderland

My extended family and I rented this venue for a family holiday getaway weekend. The house layout was very spacious and comfortable for our large group with plenty of activities to keep everyone in our group entertained. The house was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, towels, soap and toilet paper. The host was very courteous and communicative.

Tahoe Summit

House and location were great. Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and movie room were very enjoyable. Neighbors were a bit sensitive. For the price, we would have thought more toiletries would be available. Only 1 toilet paper roll per room. Place was clean but when we got there it needed a little TLC.

Fantastic spot for a family vacation!

We had a great time at this property. With friends and family flying in from different places, this was just the place to hang out, enjoy each others company, and still have enough room for you to sneak away when you need some quiet time. The kids had a blast in the pool and couldn’t get enough of the movie theater. There was also some great hiking trails walkable from the house. Quiet neighborhood, so you don’t get kept up all night from parties in the area. While we were here in the summer, I’m sure there is just as much to do in the winter. Can not wait to come back to Tahoe again, such a special place!

August Birthdays

We enjoyed our stay, the movie room was a plus, we enjoyed the yacuzzi also. Could not go in the pool, too cold, the Manager sent someone to fix it but it did not work. There are some items that need repairing, only one good chair in the deck, and deck was being repaired. For the price we paid, we were expecting everything to be in working condition. We did managed and enjoyed our stay
