"The staff was not friendly at all. Check in was extremely difficult, it states that there’s a front desk to check in at, but in fact, there’s no front desk at all. You need to WhatsApp message a number in order to get the codes, and they didn’t respond for a long time. We were stuck sitting outside for 2 hours with our luggage. Additionally, they still falsely advertise the property as a “bed and breakfast” but there’s no breakfast. Lastly, they are not accommodating at ALL if you need a late...

"A lovely smaller hotel on the edge of the sea, right in the old village area. Plenty of dining and shopping in walking distance, including across the street. The staff was attentive and kind, and helpful to travelers speaking English, French, and of course Italian (maybe others, too!). Breakfasts were creative and different every day. "It's a very basic accommodation, but very friendly staff at breakfast. Breakfast was quite good as well! The rooms are a bit run down and doesn't exactly give any "palazzo/palace" vibe... Location is right in the middle of old town, however the hotel does not have any parking nearby (at stated on this website) so you're left alone with finding parking on the streets like everyone else ;) There is a parking place (approx 25 EUR/24h) close to the beach, not too far from the hotel (10 min walk)."
