"Excellent hotel. Family run. Lovely family. Looked after the guests. Cooked dinner for us too. Were there when even we asked for anything, help, food, directions. Ching the daughter is very efficient. Mother excellent cook. Pool is very big and surrounded by mountain was the real good thing. But to caves as well as to Hue was booked by them without any extra charge (unlike other hotels)."

"The staff is friendly/family owned. Breakfast included in the price, secured my motorcycle, offered me tea, provided water in the room, and located along the main strip in Phong Nha, so walkable to the tourist center, restaurants, and other services. Room was clean. Karaoke could be heard in the late evening coming from outside the hotel area if you are the type to go to bed early. Very pleasant stay and recommend if you are traveling to Phong Nha."

The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. "

"The staff is incredibly friendly. The WiFi and aircon are strong, the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. It is close enough (2 doors down) from the famous Easy Tiger, but far enough (30 meters) away that your room doesn’t shake from their party. It is located in the center of Phong Nha -right in the middle! Excellent place and an unbeatable value. I’ll be back!"

"El hotel está bien para su precio y categoría, buena cama, limpio, desayuno correcto. Buena relación calidad precio. La persona que nos atendió mostro buena disposición en un principio, hasta fue a buscarnos al autobús. La cosa cambió cuando le dijimos que no compraríamos ningún tour, que queríamos recorrer nosotros solos el parque. Demasiada presión para vender lo que ses: tours, billetes autobús, ... Eran las 10 de la noche llevábamos horas de viaje y no se debe presionar, solo queriamos...

"Just finished a nice stay at the Paradise Hotel. The hotel is well located in the area where all the action is. Huge choice of restaurants and shopping all around. Can easily walk to the riverfront or the Imperial Citadel. Bed was comfy. Has TV and AC. Bathroom small but decent. It was quiet. And all for an insanely low price by North American standards. Only wrinkle I had was that the Hotels.com says they have safe at the front desk for customers to use. The one desk girl doesn't speak good...

"Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-(("

"Just so bad on all levels. The staff ... I’m not sure the staff actually know what the concept of running a hotel actually means. Pretty sure they hadn’t even heard of Expedia. Which made checking in very difficult. They were on the phone to someone every 2 minutes trying to figure out had to check us in. The room ... was big and clean. But, nothing worked. The shower didn’t work. The bed covers were single bed size on queen beds. The window wouldn’t shut. Speaking of which, our room was...
