"Just had a one night stay. Just from observation: property was clean, hallways were brightly lit, room are spacious, quiet, pools in great shape. Staff was professional and courteous. Had to adjust the temperature to about 67°-68° to feel comfortable, was reading 70°inside was 106° outside. Otherwise ..."

Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown
"We had no water or ice, the breakfast in the morning was very terrible. All there was , yogurt, pancakes, cut up fruit, coffee was horrible. Sorry to say, I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid."
