The guesthouse was comfortable and private with its own parking space and patio which was enjoyable. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The only small issue is it is a half a block from a busy intersection so street noise is common and sometimes loud even in the middle of the night so if you are a light sleeper recommend bringing a travel white noise machine.

10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.

Great Guesthouse

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. He thoroughly enjoyed the leather recliner and playing records on the turntable. I grew up in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be near family, but have a place to retreat to. The open kitchen, eating space, and living room combo was spacious and well-appointed, and the separate bedroom and bathroom spaces were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring pets, but are always thankful the option is offered!

PHX near Bethany Home

One of the best-equiped places we have ever stayed. Coffee, spices, paper goods and clean-up items, light switches labeled, locks worked, no noise. Location ideal for our purposes. We'll be back.

Nice place in a nice location

The casita is as advertised. Bed comfortable and nice living area. Location is close to all the highways. Several nice restaurants and stores nearby. Bit of road noise from Bethany Home road (less than block away) that dies down around midnight. Nice neighborhood to walk around in. Brooke et al were great to work with and very helpful. Lockbox is persnickety so dinged check in a bit. Nice place and spotlessly clean.would recommend this place.

Top Notch Hideaway!

This is the perfect little Hideaway! Clean and supplied with almost everything you would need during your stay. (Forgot how horrible the water tastes here in Arizona and brought no drinks with us the night that we arrived). May I suggest a few cold bottles of water for your guests arrival? Other than that, had a wonderful, peaceful stay here. 2 Thumbs up to Tim, Brooke and Maia. You are awesome Hosts!suggestt so

The property was exactly as the picture showed. It was close to our conference location. Every morning I walked the quiet little neighborhood. They had every we needed for our stay. My sister loved the vibration chair. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Desert Hideaway

Such an accommodating guest house. The detail involved in the remoldling of this place is excellent! Wondering if the garage door as you pull in is more of an esthetic. We were thinking the experience could be enhanced by having a handheld shower head instead of the traditional as well as a full body mirror being available somewhere in the place but not a complaint. My wife said the bed was a little hard for her comfort and the bedroom could be a little cramped for a taller person but perfect for fun sized people like ourselves. This place was the perfect layout for me and my wife's Anniversary stay away from the kiddos week! Along with plenty of high quality restaurants near by. Brooke & Tim are very responsive when there's a need and check-in on you. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for low-key bliss! The living room TV's quality is amazing for shows and movies! Perfect place for relaxation.

Convenient location and outstanding hosts

The Palo Verde hideaway is a nugget of quiet, cool, well appointed comfort in Phoenix. Close to most everything, easy to enjoy. The hosts, Brooke and Tim, are responsive to any question or request. I felt welcomed instantly by them. Highly recommend!!

Long Term Stay with My Cats

I was in PHX for work for 5 weeks and decided to rent a vrbo so that I could bring my cats. Brooke’s rental was perfect. It is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and has enough plates, bowls, pans etc for cooking. I did have to buy a couple things that the place didn’t have…wine glasses and scissors but just left them there for future guests. The bathroom is a good size and there are plenty of towels and wash cloths. The bed is comfortable but there is no lamp in the bedroom, just an overhead light. It was a game changer to have the washing machine and dryer too. There are two little yards. The backyard has a set up so that you can enjoy outside when it is not summer. Don’t be alarmed every other Sunday when the yard floods…the main house is watering their lawns haha! The neighborhood is super cute and I felt safe taking early morning walks. They have off street parking which was great too! The place is close to a Target, Walmart, a Dollar Store and Petsmart. A little further away are a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. The area has a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and neat bars. If I ever go back, I would absolutely rent Brookes place again! It was like a little home away from home. P.S. There is a working record player and a decent album selection. I used it a few times!

Had an amazing stay everything was clean plenty of room beautiful neighborhood , owners and manager were very friendly and responsive and the dogs loved it! The only bad thing was that we tried extending our stay but it was already booked would definitely stay again

Long weekend getaway

Check in process was super easy. Home was very clean. It had everything we needed for our long weekend. Space was just like the pictures. The bed was comfortable (they never are in rentals!). Loved the record player and the patio!!! Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you!!!

A True Hideaway

We never met the hosts, but most everything in the guest house made our stay comfortable and relaxing. There were no directions for the 2 TVs so we didn't watch any; we thought there was a hair dryer in the unit but there wasn't and it could have had another mirror, perhaps in the bedroom. The outdoor patio was very relaxing, the neighborhood was excellent and the unit was handy for restaurants, hiking and shopping.
