This newly-built modern guesthouse is made for an AZ experience. Open the double French doors and enjoy some indoor/outdoor living.

It's in mid-town; close to all Phoenix has to offer, but tucked away in a neighborhood at the back of a property so you'll have your refuge and privacy.

Even though it's a guesthouse, the fence is designed to give you a private experience.

10 min to Sky Harbor Airport
5 min to Downtown
20 min to Scottsdale
15 min to ASU PHX campus

The space
The casita has:

Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, closet

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, desk

Living room: Smart TV, couch that folds out to a king-sized bed

Bathroom- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided

Kitchen- Full kitchen with the exception of an oven (there is an air-fryer though)

Dining: Sit at the table or the bar. Place settings for 6.

Washer and dryer: Soap provided

Patio: Lounge furniture, umbrella, and charcoal grill

Guest access
You'll have full access to the casita and the casita patio. No parts of the home or yard are shared spaces.

Other things to note
We live in the big house on the property sometimes, and other times there will be guests there. The walk-way to the casita has a lower fence so you may see people enjoying the backyard. Once you are at the casita, the fence is higher so you can enjoy a private patio.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-4205.

We stayed to attend a graduation at GCU. The location was ideal as it was close to the airport and GSU. Parking was a little tight, but we only rented a car for one day and took Uber most of the time so it was very convenient due to location. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Property was clean and has everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely little spot in a convenient-to-everything location. This guest house was perfect for a weekend visit to the area with our 2 pups. Cute and Comfy

Very pleased with our stay at Mid Town Casita. Property managers were very helpful. Loved the large open area and kitchen island. Very clean with plenty of space inside and out for the 3 of us. I would definitely come here again. Only downside was the construction taking place on the surrounding streets, but that couldn't be helped. Highly recommend.

Prpperty as advertised, great central location, quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly modernized, tasteful. Host quickly responsive. Big problem, electronic door lock malfunctioned, big problem getting in the door, had to improvise! Host quickly provided a fix. Place is a bit small, overall our stay was great!!

Adorable little house

The only negative was that the door combo was programmed wrong and we couldn’t get in at all the first night. Messages were left and phone call was made but since we arrived very late after midnight there was no response and so we had to stay at another place night one. Other than this it was a delightful place with beautifully stocked kitchen and bath and it was a nice safe and quiet neighborhood.

Encanto Area

We enjoyed this well appointed casita near the Central PHX area. It had easy accessibility to downtown sights and services. It was nicely furnished and had most of the amenities of home. It was very neat and clean, and had a pleasant outdoor space. The photos were very true to the actual facility.

Consciousness conference

Property is newly remodeled, nicely equipped, very comfortable this time of year and easy to get to places. The neighborhood was quiet and we definitely felt comfortable walking our dog around the area. Erin was easy to communicate with about things. Great trip, nice home away from home.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

My family really enjoyed our stay here! Very cute, well decorated, spotless casita. Location in quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Felt very private even though to neighbors. We had no problems with noise. Kitchen is large and has nice center island. Only disappointment to me, as a home cook, was not having an oven and only 2 burner cooktop. The kitchen does have a small microwave and toaster oven. We definitely recommend this casita.
