So happy to have booked this home for our family vacation. Communication with the property owners was prompt and thorough. Home was even better than the listing description. The neighborhood was nice and near a grocery store, fast food establishments and a few good restaurants. We walked to several mountain hiking trails right from the home. The house itself was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed plus the added bonus of a pool table, pool and putting green. Would highly recommend this property for a family or a group of gentlemen on a golf trip. We gave the listing 5/5 stars because we were really pleased with our stay and would certainly stay there again on future trips to the Phoenix area.

Utilized the putting green and pool multiple times every day. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Owners very attentive to our needs. Liked that we had a code to just get into the house when we arrived and did not have to wait for someone to go over things.

We had a wonderful time in Phoenix. The home is exactly what my family needed. Plenty of space, restrooms, and features such as the heated pool, pool table, putting green, foosball table helped us create terrific family memories. The view from the back of the home was really nice, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy access to grocery store, gas station, airport and restaurants. Would highly recommend this home.

This was the perfect place for a family trip. There is plenty of space and lots of activities for everyone. Everything was as advertised and hosts very helpful. House in very nice neighborhood. Our family enjoyed our stay on the property. A lot of details have been considered for comfort of guests. Nice sets of towels, comfortable beds, cozy blankets for tv watching, games activities, pool items, and a well-stocked kitchen. The house has some wear because it is a popular rental and is a little dark (which after being out in the sun all the time, isn't a bad thing), so it might be time for a few updates to general furnishings like rugs, knives, etc. but all easily solved for, and a really enjoyable stay overall with pretty drives in and around the neighborhood. The back pool gets more shade than you can see in the online photos, so that was a nice surprise, and very comfortably outfitted, so worth sharing that here as well! We really appreciated the prompt communications and responses to any questions.

Choose the Dolphin house! Look no further. The house is incredible. Tons of space. All of the amenities. The pool and yard are perfect places to enjoy a great trip.
