Inside four bedrooms with three king beds and one queen offer room for eight, with smart TVs in every bedroom, 2.5 baths, a workspace, and laundry. The Space

Come in, get comfortable, and let the day unfold. The main-level living area is a natural gathering place for morning conversation, an afternoon pause, or an easy evening together. With the kitchen and dining spaces on the same level, no one has to miss the conversation while a meal comes together.

Kitchen & Dining
Make breakfast at your own pace, prepare a few favorites, or bring home something delicious after a day out. The kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy meals on your schedule, while the dining area offers a place to linger together.

Bedrooms
A restful retreat is waiting at the end of the day. Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight registered guests, with a smart TV in every room for slow mornings and favorite shows before bed.

• Lower-level primary suite: A king bed, private en suite bathroom, smart TV, and sitting area with a couch create a comfortable place to unwind.
• Upper-level king bedrooms: Two bedrooms each feature a king bed and smart TV.
• Upper-level queen bedroom: A queen bed and smart TV offer another welcoming place to settle in.

The three upper-level bedrooms share a full bathroom.

With two full bathrooms and a convenient half bath on the main level, there’s space to refresh after pool time and get ready for whatever the evening brings. The primary suite’s private bathroom adds a little extra ease to your stay.

The Home’s Layout
Hillery Haus spans three levels connected by stairs. The main level holds the living, kitchen, and dining areas, along with a half bath. The primary suite is on the lower level, and the remaining three bedrooms and shared full bathroom are upstairs. Please keep the stairs in mind when choosing the right home for your group.

Guest Access
Make yourself at home with private access to Hillery Haus and its backyard, including the pool, hammock, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and fire pit.

Your arrival is designed to be easy. Enter using your entry code, which we’ll share through your reservation messages. Your code activates at your scheduled check-in time, so you can arrive, settle in, and let your stay begin.

The driveway accommodates three vehicles, with additional street parking available. Please keep neighboring driveways clear and help us maintain the welcoming feel of the neighborhood.

From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Hillery Haus for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Please include everyone staying in your reservation so we can prepare for your group and keep pricing accurate. If your plans change, message us to update your guest count and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to eight guests in total.

Pool Heating
Hillery Haus has a private, unheated pool. Pool heating is not available at this home.

Additional Cleaning Services

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs. Please supervise children around the pool and stairs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters. Please tell us about any cleanliness or amenity concerns when you arrive so we can help promptly.

Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.
