Mixed Experience.

I’m not a guy that takes poor reviews lightly as I know people try their best. We’ve stayed with this company a few times and they are always responsive, with timely responses on top of it. The backyard of this property is awesome and my kids loved the heated pool. However the property has problem with bugs. Specifically cockroaches, they were all over the place. Including coming out of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom (right above the bed) as we were falling asleep. It was able to crawl onto the roof as the fan isn’t properly connected flush where it’s supposed to be. Among other fittings in the home that need repair so the bugs can’t crawl everywhere.They offered to come spray, however with the amount that we had, I have a hard time believing they never knew about an issue with bugs before our arrival and didn’t say anything or offer a different property. Many people wouldn’t have stayed once they got there. Hoping this review gets them to take it seriously, and fix the issue for the next family that chooses to stay there for almost two weeks. Everything else about the stay was perfect, and as I mentioned this company has been good to deal with in the past.

Holiday Break

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The highlight was the backyard for our kiddos, heated pool, full day sun, kid games and multiple TVs to entertain on! We would love to book this again!

House if FIRE!!!

This house was amazing! The kitchen, back yard, and pool are top of the line! The TVs in the bedrooms were great. The living room was a great place to chill and watch a movie with the family. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were great. All of the dishes, pots and pans and life saving sauces were awesome! I would definitely that again! Thank You for all the attention to detail! P.S. the master bedroom is soooo comfortable!

Everything you hope for in a home rental!

My family rented this incredible home to stay in for the IRONMAN Arizona! Two daughters, a son-in-law, and our son stayed with us (our son is now an official IRONMAN Finisher!!:) The house was better than expected! The heated pool was clutch! Gorgeous outdoor space, and incredibly cool indoor space. The house was well stocked and extremely organized. Stephanie was a pleasure to communicate with. She was friendly and responded in a timely manner. If you're looking to stay for an Ironman, it was an easy 15 drive to the event area, close to grocery stores, nice neighborhood surrounded by schools, within 15 minutes of nice hiking points and 10-20 minutes from the airport. We gave our son the room with the 2 beds so he could organize all of his gear for race day, and it worked out really well! It has a garage with an opener, which was super convenient. We highly recommend renting a car. If we come back to Tempe, we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Wished it went better

After a hiccup with our code being able to enter the property, our initial feelings towards the property were of being very impressed. Good layout, love the backyard, plenty of space for us to spread out as 4 women and 2 babies. Things didn't continue to go as planned though. We had a major plumbing issue, which resulted in 17+ hours of being able to use the toilets and showers. While plumbers came out several times, the issue was eventually fixed. We then waited another 4 hours for cleaners to come and sanitize the bathrooms so we could use them. Communication from the host could have been much better. We had 2 unexpected intrusions onto the property, pest control which resulted in us having to stay inside after he sprayed even though we were outside enjoying the pool. And then the cleaners came into the house while we were in the backyard and scared us so much when they announced they were already in the house. I was aggravating. The worst part has been the lack of communication, empathy, and consideration since this plumbing issue was resolved. We've tried to negotiate compensation for our 2 days of not being able to fully use the property, but have not received any communication back. This is our once a year girls trip, that was greatly soured by an unfortunate incident. Won't be booking again with this property management team.

Great Getaway

We loved it. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels for both indoors and out. The beds were super comfortable. The master bedroom bed was the best bed I have ever had on a vacation. The backyard was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home for families!

We visited our daughter in AZ this past weekend for ASU parents weekend. We invited our grand parents and my oldest daughter her husband and baby 18 months. The house was perfect to fit us all and enough space. Tons of fun amenities the house offered. Very family and baby friendly. Beds were super comfy. Will rent here again.

Great Backyard.

Nice extras like beach towels and laundry detergent. Sunscreen was nice too. The backyard is awesome. The house was extremely hot when we arrived took a long time to get from 87 to the 70 degree required lowest temp. That night was rough. There were four dead roaches on the floor and we had three live ones. But I expect bugs it's AZ. The bathrooms are where we had issues. The first time we used the master shower the handle broke and spewing water everywhere. Maintenance came within ten minutes and shut water off and came up with a fix for overnight. Had to turn on and off water at main and water heater every time we wanted to use. Communication could have been better on when plumber coming and when the fix was complete. It was a bit of an issue for one day of vacation but was fixed by next afternoon. The bathrooms could use maintenance and a facelift. I expected nicer for the price of the home. The backyard is PHENOMENAL. I would not stay here again. But it was overall nice since we spent the most time in the backyard.

Exceeded Expectations

Great property with all the extras. Heated pools. lots of glassware, kitchen ware, towels, everything you need. Very comfortable beds, great location for our spring training trip. Close to Sloan Park and the airport. Spacious garage was great plus. Would definitely return.

Fabulous Home with a gorgeous yard with pool!

The home was perfect for our family reunion for our daughter's graduation from ASU. The service from the rental company was the best I've received. The home has all you need for a perfect stay. The yard and pool are top notch!
