4 bedroom, 2.5 baths LARGE single family home in North Phoenix. Single story- No Stairs. PRIVACY! Large lot; sitting at over an acre! Sparkling *HEATED pool with waterfall and hot tub. Built in BBQ Island/bar/fridge outside. 2 King beds, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen bed provide comfortable and private areas of rest. The master offers a King bed w/ TV, large attached bath and huge walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. An ADDITIONAL pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate 9-10 comfortably! A Pack n' Play is also available for use upon request.

Alluring neutral tones with quality finishes & fixtures throughout. 12' Ceilings, Granite counters in kitchen & baths. 8' solid alder doors and alder cabinetry, decorator light fixtures & fans & diagonal tile. Huge Master closet with custom built-ins, central vac, whole house sound system (pre-wired), security system, water softener, and so much more to enjoy! 3 CAR side-entry, extended length, over-height garage w/ 10' clearance. Nearly an acre of level ground. RV Gates & Huge completely walled-in back yard w/ Mountain Views, Sparkling *Heated Pool, covered patio w/ pavers to catch some AZ sun!

POOL TABLE in game room with bar area is perfect for entertaining!

***Additional fee to heat the pool. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it. The HOT TUB can be used at your leisure at no additional cost.

***Dog allowed with approval only. NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Me and my large group of friends really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved coming back and getting into the pool (without it being heated) unil the sun went down, then we switched to the jaccausi. We were really glad we found the house. It made our trip that much greater.

I’ll start with the negative… communication was a bit to be desired from the start. Once I had a listening ear it was ok However, the positive out ways the negative for the most part. The home is beautiful. It worked very well for our family. The high ceilings do create a lot of echo from one end of the house to the other so I do recommend traveling with sound machines or using one on your phones for sleep. Most all bedrooms were great. The very front one with the double doors next to the master is probably the least desirable for it has the morning sun very first thing in the morning (immediately at sunrise 4am) along with the 100’s of birds that live in the front tree waking you with their harmonies every day around 4am. If you have more than a 4 day stay with more than 4 adults and two children you will need more toiletries. You do need your own body soaps and shampoos. The master bedroom is the only room with a blow dryer. There is only one toilet plunger and it’s in the far bedroom. You will need napkins and paper towels. Everything else (towels, sheets, beach towels) are supplied which is great. The property is beautiful. We had a fire in the pit even though it was hot but kids love smores. Having the wood there split for usage was great. The pool was great but there was no skimmer to clean off the debris that would fly in throughout the day. The pool is kept at 85 which at first is chilly but ends up being perfect once in. The hot tub was ok.

Beautiful home and pool

We had a fantastic vacation staying at this property. We chose it because it is close to family and has a heated pool. The home is clean and well kept. It is large and sound does not travel from one end to the other. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and the kitchen is awesome. The main bedroom and en suite are huge. It was also nice having the garage to park in. The back yard is beautiful and the pool is amazing. It is about 5 feet deep in the middle but has shallow areas on both ends. There are several levels getting in and out and the basketball hoop was a nice addition. We did have it heated and the temperature was very confortable for us. The covered table on the back patio stayed pretty cool in the afternoon and evenings, with both shade and a ceiling fan. The pool does get shaded later in the evening as the sun goes in front of the house. We would 100% stay here again.

No issues with the house or pool.

Would have liked to have had a fence around the pool, but you allowed us to bring our dogs, which we were grateful. We built our own fence around pool. Manager did not send us the code to the house. Only conversation via text we left a day early due to weather. he indicated we should shut off pool heater. did not tell us how, dark, but found off button. In the morning the heater was still running. Only other thing was the TV. Maybe an explanation what a guest would need to bring to watch TV. None of our guests came, so there was only 2 of us. The other rooms where not used, so clean up should have been very easy. Did not even use stove. We brought our own paperplates and plastic utensels. Thank you

Great Getaway

Great place

The house was great- clean and spacious. The pool was awesome. There were plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen was well stocked with items. Property manager was always a text away, if needed. Definitely recommend!
