We enjoyed our stay! Very cute and conveniently located. Love it’s a gated area. Felt really safe! We would stay here again for sure.

This stay very much felt like staying in someone's home, which was great! It was pretty clean, there were a couple stains on the comforter for the bed, but nothing major. One suggestion I would make is adding a small binder with things like: pool hours, what to use the key fob for,

Let me start off with a thank you to Richard. We arrived early called Richard he helped us out getting us check in early. The place was very clean. Smelled nice. Parking was close to the condo. The pool and hot tube area was clean. We had a problem with or ac called Richard and he was very professional in helping us out .would definitely go back and recommend this property for vacation.

The condo was as advertised. It is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay. We weren’t aware ahead of time of construction happening during our stay. This was a bit disappointing as it was disruptive to parking and the noise started before 7 am.

The location and property were wonderful! Owner and property manager were great to work with. The unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We had a great time!

Very nice rental and convenient to Reach 11 (where our granddaughter was playing soccer), Tapitio Resort (where our daughter and granddaughter were staying) and The District (where we dined and shopped).

All was perfect

Had a very busy schedule during out stay in Phoenix and having everything clean, ready and available made things that much easier. It was quiet, had everything we needed, we enjoyed the cooled swimming pool on the 100+ degree days, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
