Close to spring training, and Grand Canyon College, Completely Remodeled & new!

  • Light and bright modern comfy! The kitchen that is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a Fabulous meal. This newly remodeled and updated home has all the necessities for a fun and relaxing vacation. The beautiful outdoor space is perfect for dining, soaking up the sun while relaxing poolside, playing games which include corn hole life-size Jenga and a floating putting green. Just added hot tub and tv on the patio to watch the big game on! In the bar area near the kitchen, there is a backgammon/chess game table for hours of entertainment indoors. The Dining Area provides seating for up to nine people.
    All three bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses luxury linens for a great night sleep. Beach towels extra pillows blankets are supplied along with games for indoor time.
    This newly updated home is located minutes from freeways that can get you across town anywhere you wanna go effortlessly. Sky Harbor airport is 20 minutes, State Farm Stadium 25 minutes away! Quiet neighborhood with Lots of restaurants and golf courses within five or 10 minutes. Spring training fields close by.
    Pool is not heated but hot tub will be heated in the winter months.
    There is a security camera in the carport for security purposes facing out in the driveway.

Weekend in Glendale

The propert was nice and the hospitality was amazing still got to relax in a jacuzzi even though the main one had a parts problem. Would stay again.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We very much enjoyed the backyard, hottub and pool. Beds were comfy, big kitchen and Carie was wonderful to communicate with.

Great spring break

Our family (including a 7 and 4 years old) loved the pool and hot tub. The house was clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place

Overall it was great. It was clean and open. Although it could use a bigger dining table 4 people at the small table was tight for dinners. Otherwise all amenities where great.

Felt Like Home

Carie was very accommodating & went the extra mile in making our check in/out as easy as possible! The home was very tidy & the amenities were very thought out! Enjoyed a dip in the pool too!! I highly recommend booking this property & plan on staying here again!!

Great house

The house has all the amenities needed to have a wonderful stay. Carie is a great host, easy to communicate and on top of things. The house is located 25 min away from downtown Phoenix.

Final 4 Get Away

The owner was great to work with. The house was clean and smelled like it was just washed. Pool and hot-tub were both great. Only 20 minutes from airport and State Farm Stadium. If I ever come back to Phoenix I would definitely stay here again

Nice stay

House was a good size for our family of four. Kids loved the hot tub and the house had plenty of amenities. Was close to downtown but we booked north of the city so that we could be just a little closer to the Grand Canyon. Owner was extremely responsive.

Very nice place to stay

We recently stayed for a few days while at a livestock show The property is very nice. Has a pool, hot tub, and tv. The home is totally renovated on the inside. The location is good. Has good security. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality. Manager was easy to converse with and answered questions.

Carie was absolutely awesome and accommodating.

All questions were answered very timely and any help was offered. When I go back to Arizona I would definitely stay again. The dog next store was an early riser but this was a great house and location was near everything needed. Thank you again GREAT TIME!

Spring Break Getaway

First time in Phoenix didn't disappoint. This rental was centrally located with lots of dining options close. We enjoyed a trail ride and Spring Training in Phoenix and made the road trip to see the Grand Canyon one day. Carie was great. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy house with hot tub

Cozy house that accommodated our family of 6. Most basic cooking necessities available, and we took advantage of home cooking. Wonderful patio, and because the weather was cooler we enjoyed the hot tub. House is very close to the neighbors who have children and pets.

Nice neighborhood, good location-close to American Family Fields

I thought the property was adequate for what we needed. It could use some cereal bowls and something like Direct TV in the living room. Also, the hot water takes a long time to heat up. But overall the place was fine.

Wonderful stay, great host!

Very nice home, comfortable and completely remodeled, in quiet neighborhood. We stayed here the week my son had surgery to repair a broken wrist. He is a student at GCU and this home was a great location, less than 10 minutes from campus. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Carie was a great host, very responsive, and checked in to see if we needed anything. We loved using the temporary hot tub she brought in while the other is being repaired. We would definitely stay in Carie’s home again!

Great house perfect location!

This house was perfect for our stay. We moved our daughter into GCU and it was about 10 minutes away. Neighborhood was nice/quiet. Pool was amazing after a long hot day! We didn’t get to use the bbq grill or cook a meal in the kitchen but looked pretty well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfy. Had a issue with the door lock combo but Carie fixed it within minutes and resolved the issue. Super communication for the host. We would definitely stay here again!

Feels like home

Recently, my family and I traveled to AZ to help get my son settled into school and we wanted to stay close enough to the campus, but not at a local hotel. We were really looking to stay somewhere that felt comfortable and "home-like"... not just a house. One of the first things I noticed was the level of security the home offered, which as a visitor, made me feel safe as I also had young children with me on our visit. The house looks just like the pics and the kids even had a chance to go for a dip in the pool! There were an array of snacks and coffee along with little touches that welcomed us to the property... thank you! All in all, would def stay here again... we all fit right in!
