Guest house with its own entrance in a prime location! Studio includes top of the line linens and bedding. Studio includes a stove, microwave and refrigerator. It comes stocked with all of the cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Thre is also a smart TV, an Echo speaker and Wi-Fi! New mini split A/C unit installed summer 2024. The guest house is located behind the garage of the main house and you will share common areas with the tenants in the main house. Enjoy the amazing AZ sunset in the huge diving pool. Backyard also features a wet bar and seating area. Close to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Sky Harbor Airport, major freeways, exquisite shopping, fine dining! Amazing hiking, biking trails within walking distance. Minutes from downtown Scottsdale and spring training games.

I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only was it perfectly located near my son, it had everything I could ever need…from cotton balls, to kitchen supplies, to tissues, to an iron and ironing board. The list goes on! Access to the washer and dryer was appreciated. The bed was super comfy. It was clean, quiet and private. I felt safe the entire week. The tenants of the main house were friendly the rare times that I bumped into them. The backyard patio and pool were perfect for relaxing and reading. Communication with the property owner was excellent. I will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great Little Place

This place is a great location - close to downtown Tempe and highways if you are going to the National Parks. It is a little on the small side but has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. There was a nice welcome box that had a couple bottles of water and snacks. It has everything you need to cook meals if you want but is close to many great restaurants. Candyce was very responsive to our questions.

Overall Good Experience

Guesthouse attached to other tenant properties, which was unexpected. It is very small but well equipped and comfy. The Papago area is a great location. Property manager pleasant.

Visiting Family and Friends

Overall the place was nice and clean. The listing was a little inaccurate. The listing shows a washer but didn’t state it had to be shared with the main house. This info was provided after I booked the reservation. There was a washer and dryer in the garage and was first come first serve with the main house. The weather was mild during my stay, so using a washer and dryer in the garage was not uncomfortable, but I wouldn’t want to use it during the hotter portion of the summer The kitchen had pans, utensils, and any items you need for cooking. I came across the people staying in the main house a few times. They were always nice. They were playing loud music some afternoons and early evenings, but turned it off or down before 9 PM. The entire neighborhood was quiet. There was one dog across the street that would bark occasionally but I don’t remember hearing the dog after 9 PM. There is a gym walking distance from the property. It was only 15 mins to Mill Ave and 15 mins to Scottsdale Fashion Square. There were some contractors working one morning and I was advised the day before. They showed up around 5:45 AM and were making a lot of noise which woke me up. The owner advised that she didn’t know they would work that early and gave me a refund for one night. In an age where customer service seems to be going away, it was nice that some people still understand the value of being service oriented. I would stay there again.

Couldn’t have been better

My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!
