This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Anthem Arizona. Enjoy all the Anthem community has to offer, and still be close enough to have all the benefits of Phoenix! Only a 35 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Nestled in a serene gated community, this fabulous property offers a marvelous retreat for guests. The courtyard at the front of the home is stunning with travertine pavers and ample seating in front of the gorgeous gas fireplace. The casita entrance is right there as well and it features a full bath, walk in closet and queen sized bed. The extended master suite features a king bed with an exit to your backyard paradise! The second bedroom has 2 full beds with smart TV. There’s also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The backyard features a beautiful **heated salt water pool and spa, with a view fence overlooking a desert wash. There’s a built in bbq, lots of covered patio space, automatic awning and 6000 watt electric heater for those cool winter nights. With additional amenities like smart TVs, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need. Plus, there's an additional space with an office desk and printer. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience the tranquility of our marvelous retreat. No smoking, and no pets. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Off season discounts and long term rates are available. HOA rules require a 1 month minimum. Please feel free to message me to discuss.

**There will be an additional fee for use of the pool heater in the winter months (November - March). It typically cost $60 per day to operate the heater, but only on those days the pool heater is in use. Please contact me to discuss specifics.

Gorgeous Home and Great Area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The yard, patio and pool offered a beautiful setting for enjoying our morning coffee as well as a cocktail watching the beautiful sunset. The host was wonderful and took care of any issues we had immediately. The community is gated, has a golf course and beautiful homes which I totally enjoyed during my daily walks. I would totally recommend this property.

Great house and host

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay. Well stocked house with new appliances and much of the furniture. We worked and played…the separate office came in handy. We hiked and biked within the complex, but there is a lot of great hiking nearby. Ted, the host, was friendly and helpful. Looking to stay again next year.

Rental Prior to buying new House

Extremely comfortable, beautiful refreshing pool, comfortable beds, kitchen well supplied, great TV’s and technology, with an excellent price. And Anthem is a great place to stay. Very safe and secure!
