Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath home, including the full kitchen, in-unit laundry room, and one assigned on-site parking space. The property is gated for added privacy and security. Please respect neighboring residents and shared exterior areas.

Other Details to Note:

Longer stays: Book 7 nights to qualify for weekly discounts. Book 30 nights to qualify for monthly discounts. Discounts are applied automatically. Eligible long-term stays may also be exempt from occupancy taxes. Message us if you’d like help adjusting your dates.

Rental agreement, verification, and security hold: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and complete our simple rental agreement, upload a government-issued ID, list all additional overnight guests, and complete our secure verification process before check-in details are released.

A temporary $250 credit-card hold is required as a refundable security deposit. It is automatically released within three days after checkout, provided there is no damage, missing items, or policy violations. This is similar to a hotel process.

Routine property services: To keep the home comfortable and well maintained, professional providers may visit during your stay for:

• Landscaping

• Maintenance

• Complimentary mid-stay cleaning for guests staying 30 or more days

We schedule these services to minimize disruption.

Starter supplies: We provide a reasonable starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry and dishwasher pods. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter amount.

Pets: We welcome one approved dog weighing up to 40 lbs. The pet fee is $100 for the entire stay. Breed restrictions apply.

Late checkout: Requests must be approved at least one day before checkout and are subject to availability. Approved late checkouts are priced as a percentage of the nightly rate. Unauthorized late checkouts are charged at $50 per hour.

Electricity allowance: Stays of 30 or more nights include a $100 monthly electricity allowance. This is generally sufficient for normal use. Usage above the allowance may be billed separately.
