A stylish condo in the heart of Arcadia. The perfect location! Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated. Operating Permit No: STR-2025-005014

The stay was great. It was centrally located to support the goal of the trip to see spring baseball. The parking was very conveniently located. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening that was very quiet overlooking a wonderful courtyard. Communication with the host was great and the welcome book outlined everything and provided local recommendations. Everything we needed was provided including coffee that we enjoyed each morning. The only nit-picky item of note is that it would have been nice to have a washcloth to use while taking a shower. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend.

Great location… Lots of places to eat, and close to the venue we were there for. The apartment was clean and the shower in the master bathroom was wonderful! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Overall, a great stay!!

There was a 9 inch round gross looking stain on the bedsheet when we pulled down the covers. Fortunately there were clean sheets in the closet so my wife changed the sheets. We did notify the owners when we saw this, but no response. If we hadn't found clean sheets we would not have slept in that bed. Mattress was so soft it felt like a 20 year old mattress. Door would not lock when we left. Notified owners that we left front door unlocked.

Our second stay at this property. The host quickly responds to our questions and was extremely helpful. The property is in an excellent location to enjoy all that the Biltmore and Arcadia area have to offer. The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked and very clean. We will stay here again when visiting Phoenix.

Served us well as a landing spot while we moved our daughter. The listing made the property look much newer and better equipped for entertaining than what we found upon arrival. The apartment has an ordor that wasn't inviting. The airpurifier isn't masking it.

Great place/location

This is a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, and the pictures were accurate. Hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Good Location

The location is great. Easy to get places. It was quiet. But there are a flight of stairs to enter the condo. I did not see that in the listing and my dad had a hard time getting up and down the stairs.
