I thought rooms are soundproof, but nope, my neighbors were talking and walking around midnight, waking me up, i was hearing everything. Not worth the price, spend around 300 per nigh for this. Rooms, shower, bathroom and beds are ok. Breakfast is not free."

"Front Door was not a place to drop off and pick up so we had to circle block twice to fully understand what street was the front entrance. Shower curtain torn near circular attachments to closure was not good which meant water on the floor more than safe. Pull out bed was cute but not functional as sitting was awkward. "There is a pretty view of the marina with a walkway alongside of it. The staff were very courteous. There was plenty of parking and it was free. My spouse liked the bed but I thought it was too hard. The sheets were clean and the pillows were comfortable. I appreciated that there was a blanket on the bed. There were enough towels but only one roll of toilet paper. I am sure you can ask for another roll as needed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is no mini refrigerator. There is...

"This was so bad we didn't even stay. It felt unsafe and smelled weird and there was cleaning supplies left in the hall ways. It was not at all what was advertised, it was worth losing the money to stay someplace else."

"This property is a converted motel and former Sonder. The rooms are newly renovated , very clean and the staff is very kind. This is a family run business. Security gates are code controlled and the staff is available 24/7. Free parking. If you are looking for great value and a great location in north Oakland near piedmont Ave , this is the place."

"This is what you would expect for this hotel. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Everything was clean and of high standard. The staff were friendly and helped us get a cab to the airport that was 30 minutes away. This hotel was perfect for our needs."
