"Loved the location and the views of the American falls were phenomenal. Check in was easy and the check in agent was very helpful.
The hotel could do better with general cleanliness. Hallways were littered. We found a bunch of long hair in the toilet when we first entered the room after check in (not a great look when you're just checking into your room for the first time). Some finishes need updated. Also, the air conditioniner was so loud it disrupted our sleep each time it went on...

"The checkin in line was very long. The jetted tub made a lot of noise to put out maybe 10% of normal jet performance, but the size of the tub was relaxing. Upon checkin, they pushed a $120 dinner/breakfast special for two. What they didn’t disclose was that didn’t include a non-alcoholic drink, all the taxes and the dinner had a mandatory tip added (I always like to tip myself.) so we were taken back when the bill arrived at dinner and we owed nearly another $60. "Our stay was excellent. Check in and out were smooth. I was not thrilled about the $50(Canadian)/night parking, but what can you say. We had a Fallsview room on the 3rd floor with a shared walkout balcony which was close enough to get spray from the falls. It was a simply spectacular view. I do wish there were a few more outlets to charge items, but there were enough. The hotel is at the beginning of the strip and was very close to the most locations to visit. I would recommend."

"This was our 1st time at this hotelin Canada. The rooms are way up in this tower so they are small but we wanted one with the full view of the falls it didn't disappoint, they have 3 of these rooms. You go up a elevator to get to your rooms and the hallways are narrow and you are actually going Around inside the tower to get to your rooms but we had a spectacular view! It did not disappoint. If you are wanting your vehicle close by its not but it is in a closed lot and they have a shuttle...
