"It’s hard to judge the property as simply good or bad. Here is what I wish there had been more transparency about. This is a very old, industrial feel building. Our room was cold, you don’t have a traditional heater or thermostat, it’s radiant heat and turning the knob did not help. Had to get a space heater from housekeeping to warm the room up as it was 49 degrees outside. The windows are super thin and drafty. There are hardly any electrical outlets. "Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining...

"Checked into our room and layed in the bed to find a pile of toenails on the nightstand. Spoke with the front and they gave us a new room. The new room had a broken lock from being kicked in(?), what I can only assume is bodily fluids on the bed skirt. And then found a weed cart under the mattress when untucking the blankets. So clearly wasn’t cleaned. Super gross. The only positive is that the from desk girl was super sweet and apologetic."

"Very poor experience. It seemed as though the front desk was only helpful to male customers. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operational. There was food in fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom mirror was so dirty i had to try to clean it. My son could not use the pool as the water had a disgusting film over the top. Don't bother trying to call the front desk either....gotta walk down and talk in person. That's how and when it was very clear that since I was woman the man had treated...

"Wonderful! Roomy, quiet, comfy, decent bar of soap, even a towel bar in bathroom! Love this place. Have stayed here about every other year for 15 years. Will continue to do so. Owner obviously treats his customers like he would like to be treated."

"All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight."
