"I did not expect a lot for $150 total including tax, but was pleasantly surprised. Sure it is an old building but the updates are very modern, the room was clean and the bed was super comfy and cozy. The sitting area by the desk and the breakfast area were welcoming and nicely decorated. We stayed 2 nights and it was very relaxing. "Stayed here many times before then they got ridiculous with room costs. Was happy when I noticed they became reasonable so took advantage of it. Many don’t travel to Duluth because it’s become too expensive and often drive to Minneapolis instead."

"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but no dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Parking was safe and easy to get from back to the hotel room. However, getting to the parking ramp from the hotel was terrible. Even though it's only a block, it's a big hill to walk up."
