"We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. The BBQ at the wardens table was delicious, we didn’t get to try the new pizza place but it’s coming and we loved the tour of the prison. We were opening...

"Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. "

"Wonderful week spent with my husband, son, daughter, son in law and their dog. We rented a pontoon from Caney creek marina and spent the week boating, fishing, swimming and playing games."

"Wonderful stay! The cabin was extremely clean. Fantastic location with direct access to trails, lots of fun to get lots for the whole day. Close to many fun spots in the area. The Host was beyond helpful, informative and welcoming. Communicating with the host was easy. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back!"

"This property provided everything that we needed for our weekend trip to Windrock. We were looking for a clean place to sleep and take showers and this place provided that. We were at the park most of the time and hanging out with friends at another location so it was perfect for what we were needing. "

"Great place, location to Mountain lake Marina where we met our Goliath guide Dave. It is right on the water, very peaceful Love it's pet friendly, he loved it too."

"Stayed here for several days on business trip to Oakridge. Brought my wife who was able to work from the cabin due to their excellent internet (satellite). Also able to bring our dog.The house is very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen area is a little tight but we didn't actually use it for much other than preparing leftovers.The inside is far more spacious then it looks and very comfortable. I'd definately stay here again if travelling to the area.The cabin is very accessable to I-40 and...

"This little gem was perfect for our long weekend visit with family. We could come back each night and relax as we prepared for our next adventure. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to navigate, and convenient. With all the convenience of home including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and two bathrooms…every woman’s dream! Looking forward to our next visit!"

"The owner was awesome. The neighbors dogs were a nuisance. We had a great time. I do however recommend that you have 4wd if you want to climb up to get to the cabin especially in the rain. The owner and his friends were our next door neighbors for the weekend and they were so friendly and checked up on us. Whoever cleans needs to do a little bit better though. We found dirty dishes and undergarments. It was so beautiful and secluded. My granddaughter did not want to leave this morning. I do...

"We were in town for a family wedding. This space was great and exactly what we needed. Clean, beautiful backyard and hang out area. Plenty of parking. Very modern, clean and welcoming. With all of the amenties, books, games,pool table-you never have to leave.Marybeth was in communication from the minute I booked until we checked out. The best host I have had on any rental. "
