"Front service staff amazing, calk room service for a bucket of ice $6???? 30 minutes later had to call again 10 mins later sent away"

"1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

"It was ok, but missed the mark. I usually try and be positive but this place markets itself as a chic inner city stay, the reality is it feels kind of cheap and is abit grubby. The quilt wasn’t in a cover and was foul and stained and the horrible industrial grade carpet had really weird stains too. Appreciate that the noise and arrests happening outside aren’t the properties fault but it all added up to a weird stay."

"As with Intercontinental Hotels they are all good. Here in Perth the breakfast was excellent with all of the choices they had. It is located in a central position handy to everything in the city."

"パース駅から近く、便利な宿。1Fはビアパブですが、22:00にはクローズドするので、あまり煩いとは思いませんでした。2泊したので、1Fのパブのビール２杯分のチケットも貰い、ビール🍺を満喫しました。チェックイン、アウトがやや分かりにくいのと、レセプションの営業時間に制限があるので、深夜到着、出発の場合はあまりおすすめしません。"

"The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. I would recommend anyone come to stay in Hyde when visiting Perth"

"This property is really well positioned in the cbd near to shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to transport around central Perth and very pleasant staff. Great value for money. A great stay. "

"Staff were friendly and super accommodating. A big thankyou to Kirsty especially. Facility was well located around shops, restaurants with picturesque parklands and waterways. The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth."

"Love the heritage rooms and the big bathrooms."

"A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."
