Located in South Yunderup, on a corner block with canal frontage on 2 sides. This property oozes the ambiance of Canal living. Just imagine yourself sitting in the spa overlooking the canal with the occasional dolphin passing by, or relaxing in one of several outdoor areas. Tie up your boat to the jetty that runs along the length of the property.
The 4 Bedroom Statesman designed home, has generous living areas, including a chefs kitchen, a bar in the living room all overlooking the water views. It is fully furnished, with all cutlery, crockery cooking utensils, microwave, cooktop, oven, and family-sized refrigerator with freezer.
The house has parking for 2 vehicles and a slipway for launching Boats, kayaks, and other watercraft. There is also sufficient space to store these vehicles.
The property has several outdoor entertaining areas, including a cold-water spa overlooking the waterways a patio area, and a sunken sitting area down by the water. The property also has a 4 burner BBQ.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with reverse cycle air conditioning to the main living areas and master bedroom. Slow combustion wood fires are in the lounge and games room.
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds to 3 bedrooms and a single bed with a trundle. Providing sleeping for 8 persons.
The lounge room is equipped with a TV and DVD player.

Needs work

Had to prune thorny bushes back from footpath so we could walk down it without getting pricked by them ,noisy air-conditioning in bar room plagues of mosquitoes day and night noisy overhead fans in bedrooms and because we were there to crab the fridge wasnt big enough for the amount of crabs we caught and the food we were eating also could not watch any free to air channels on tv as they kept pixelating

Great Location but property needs maintenance

The house is large with 4 bedrooms and good living areas. The location on the canals is great. However, the slipway is small and in poor condition. It is not suitable for launching a boat as promoted. The spa also did not warm up. The garden is currently very overgrown with branches inhibiting access around the side of the property and weeds / dead plants detracting from the view. Also, the emergency phone number just went through to a message recommending use of the website for enquiries. Overall, I expected better for this price.

Dissapointing

Such a let down to what we were expecting. Initial impression, property not maintained at all. Outside full of weeds and moss in pavers. Inside only slightly better. Beds comfortable but many issues with the home.

Great location

Had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy and plenty of space for everyone. New spa was great although needs more timer settings to keep it hot and the sauna was a hit with some of our friends. Kitchen lighting very average and could do with downlights not mood lighting as It was hard to prep food. But everything else was well equipped. Kayaks were great! Gardens need some love but understand it's a rental. Huge corner block with a lovely view :) 😀

Great stay

Perfect place for our family group. Big, clean, excellent location. Dolphins and pelicans right out front. Kids loved the garden area and waterfront. Kayaks provided made our stay, everyone had a paddle. Thanks very much, we will be back:)

What a lovely Place to spend time!

We arrived on s cold and windy Saturday afternoon, but we had the fires lit in no time and settled down with wine and enjoyed the views!!! The house was clean and tidy and it had a lovely homely feel to it. We spent the next day exploring, but looked forward to coming back to the house to prepare food for the evening. We felt like we were the only people on our side of the island!!!! It was great and highly recommend the house and people. They are very efficient. We will be booking again Jen Scothern

Great scenery peaceful and relaxing location

Great location Right next to the water, very private and so peaceful.. Little bit old on the outside but the scenery out weighs those faults.. Warm and cosy home The home meets all your needs We only had 4 people but if you were more than that you definitely need another fry pan.. The aircon in the main room didnt work to well but all the others do..mind you the breeze around the home is enough to cool the house.. Really enjoyed our stay and can honestly say its one of the most peaceful places i have ever stayed..

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. A home away from home.

We found the house to be spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Big bedrooms and big living areas. Being a corner canal block, it has a fantastic outlook. We got to see dolphins swim right past in the canals, and lots of birdlife. We were also able to catch crabs right off the jetty. The jetty is huge. Plenty of room when getting on and off the boat. Initially we were a bit disappointed that there was no wood supplied for the two combustion wood fires, but the reality was, the house was so warm, that we really didn't need to light a fire (although we did on one occasion just for the fun of it. We purchased our own firewood so that we could do this). It was great to be able to use the kayaks, and the storage room where they were kept was close to the water, and made it easy getting the kayaks in and out. There is a huge pantry and a full sized fridge, so you can take down all the supplies that you need for your stay. It was also great to be able to use the washing machine, meaning that we didn't go home with loads of dirty laundry to do. Thank you so much for letting us use your property Nathan. We hope to return again one day!
