There was 4 of us who stayed here for 2 weeks. 2 adults 2 kids from age 3-8 . We where very happy with this villa, its in a great location and as stated on thr description 5 min walk to thr local lake, park and shops. Also it was 10minute walk to mcdonalds, subway and other shops. The villa garden was big enough for us to buy a large blow up pool for the kids to entertain. The villa had all amenties we needed. Contact with the host was very quick responses. All round we enjoyed are stay here in this lovely villa.

Good Place to Stay

The property is as advertised and has all amenities required for a self catering stay.The hosts were kind and generous and did not impose or invade our space. The place was comfortable and clean.We had welcoming snacks and cereals, coffees, etc and I would recommend the property for a self catering stay.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Steve and Maria provided everything we needed. The only thing that needs changing to the listing is a lack of a hot tub/ bath (which we had in mind for our toddler). Otherwise, everything was great, thanks Steve and Maria!

Everything you need is here, tons of room, well equiped kitchen, with washing machine, comfy bed. Best Vietnamese takeaway around the corner - delicious and inexpensive.

Awesome Stay

This is an excellent place to stay with absolutely lovely hosts. Location & all amentities are excellent & very secure, we highly recomend this to any who wish to stay in this area. Stayz needs to adjust their listing so it mirrors the hosts listing as a 2 bedroom place in stead of the current 3 bedroom category.

Winter Stay

I have stayed at this house twice now, in summer & a wet winter - both times were excellent. The hosts are very welcoming, with many extras provided when you arrive - milk, cereal, cookies and more. Everything you need is there and very clean, beds are comfortable, good cooking facilities.. A very nice garden outlook and a great lemon tree at the front door. The owners are very good and helpful, and you wouldn't know they lived next door. This property is very good value. Thanks Steve and Maria for a great stay. PS A previous review raised the issue of poor shower pressure, during our stay the shower pressure was definitely more than enough & hot.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

Home is located in safe and secured area together with a few brilliant restaurants and playground within walking distance. House has all the amenities needed including WIFI and extra useful items in the fridge on arrival. Owners were very helpful and provided an exceptional service. I will totally recommend anyone to stay here.

House within a houee

You might be mistaken for thinking this is a stand alone house by the picture, but it is actually inside a property with the owners house. Putting that aside, it was a great stay, with the owner being in contact to ensure everything was well. The house was totally separate, modern and clean. For the price, I believe it is a very good offer and would highly recommend.
