- SLEEPS 4 GUESTS - Bedroom 1 has a QUEEN BED & walk-in-robe and a split system for heating & cooling - Bedroom 2 has a DOUBLE BED and storage for your belongings and a split system for heating & cooling - UPSTAIRS - you have 2 x bedrooms & bathroom with shower and toilet - DOWNSTAIRS - kitchen, laundry, TV area & dining - COURTYARD - Small seating area for two and access from communal walk way. - Please note that the courtyard is not full enclosed, there is a small entrance which is open so you can walk down the pathway to access front door of the townhouse (see photos) as the property is located in a strata complex - Kitchen comes fully equipped - Laundry has a washing machine, portable clothes drying rack, ironing board & iron, vacuum & mop - TV area has a LARGE TV with NETFLIX connection (you must connect your own account), 2 x two seater pleather couches, six seater dining table & study desk perfect for the business traveler!
PARKING - 1 x undercover bay which is clearly labelled for the unit as per our photo displayed on the check-in instructions. - Plenty of vistors carbays if you have a second car. - Please do not park in other residents car bays. - Please do not park in the communal driveway of the complex and the turning circle at the back - this is for service cars such as Ambulances, Police & Fire and security etc.
RUBBISH DISPOSAL - At the front of the complex is the rubbish disposal section where you will find the general rubbish & recycling bins which is shared among all residents. - A map showing this is located in the property behind the front door and also the check-in instructions also. - You agree that you will comply with all rubbish disposal rules.

- NOISE MONITOR DEVICE: This property has a noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately. Please also note that if you make a new booking instead of requesting an alteration request to your booking, the cleaning fee will not be refunded. • SECURITY CAMERAS: Some of our properties are equipped with external security cameras, which are regularly monitored by management. To know if a property is equipped with cameras, please refer to the listing description. Please note that if these cameras are tampered with in any way, your booking will be immediately cancelled, you will be required to vacate the property, and no refunds will be provided. • NOISE MONITORING DEVICE: Some of our properties are equipped with noise monitoring device which management check regularly at all hours. Please do not access the property earlier, as we need time to clean and prepare for your stay. • CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time should be completed by the time specified in your reservation details. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. Housekeeping must be granted access if they arrive and you have not yet vacated. Please refer to our checkout procedure located on the property for further information. Late check-outs will result in late fees. • CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Please ensure the property is left in good condition before you depart. Empty the fridge and pantry of any opened or perishable food, dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided, and make sure the space is tidy. All dishes must be washed and put away, and all lights, air conditioning, and heaters should be switched off. Remove all personal belongings and lock all doors when leaving. If you used a lockbox for access, make sure to return the key properly. Failure to do so may result in additional charges if our cleaners cannot access the property. • EARLY CHECK-IN FEES: If you are seeking an early check-in, we charge a minimum $50 early check-in fee depending on the time of check-in. The fee will need to be paid upfront and in advance for the early check-in to apply on the day of your arrival. If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in, check-in will be from 3:00pm or 4:00pm please refer to your reservation details. • LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Unfortunately we don’t offer late check-outs. However, we provide a 15-minute grace period after the designated check-out time. Check-out is at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, depending on your reservation details. If you remain in the property beyond the grace period, a late check-out fee will apply, starting at $100 or an amount based on the nightly rate, whichever is higher. The fee will depend on the length of the extended stay. • STARTER PACK OF CONSUMABLES: We supply a ‘starter pack’ of consumables upon your check-in. If you run out of these during your stay, it is your responsibility to stock them up. • PARKING: Please ensure you only park vehicles in the designated parking areas. There is strictly no street parking. • VISITORS: We do not allow any visitors unless approved by management first. We need to know who is staying & visiting the property, especially in case of an emergency. • EXTRA GUESTS WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have additional guests to what your booking details state, your booking may be cancelled immediately, and you will be required to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued. • NO EVENTS: This includes but is not limited to photography sessions, hen’s parties, buck’s parties, baby showers, birthdays, birthday gatherings, business events such as marketing and photography, high tea, or any gathering that results in an excessive number of occupants. Any violation will result in a penalty and immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. • NOISE POLICY: We have a strict noise policy; quiet time is strictly from 10:00pm until 8:00am, please be respectful of all residents who reside in the surrounding areas. If we receive any noise complaints for your property during these hours, you will be required to leave the property immediately and your booking will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
