"What a cozy place to stay! The best part was in the morning when you can see the beautiful morning sky from the bed in the loft, the sun eloquently shining in through the windows and the deer frolicking in the yard. Comfy beds and plenty of lighting, would love to stay again."

"Fun on the water location. Nice view, steady breeze, various passing boats and wildlife to watch. Nice central living room/kitchen ....larger than most boats. Plus plenty of deck space for lounging. Conveniently located near the marina restrooms/showers, which were clean and well kept and provide a nice option for someone my size (6'5").Located just a couple short blocks from the Susquehanna Seafood and Wine Festival at Concord Point Park.We would stay here again. "This is our second stay in this slice of heaven located along the North East River. I loved seeing the sunrise while kayaking and watching the ever-changing clouds, herons, eagles, and osprey. The kids did some wading/swimming at low tide, fishing and searched for shells. My son brought some firewood along so that we could enjoy sitting outside at night by the fire while looking at stars while at the campfire. With the 5 bedroom/sleeping areas, we were able to fit the whole family comfortably....
