"Keyless entry failed twice during our four night stay.Had to wait for owner to contact locksmith. Second time was after midnight before locksmith arrived.Results were that lock bolt for keyless entry was not installed correctly causing deadbolt to get stuck and not open door.Drain pipe in kitchen sink was not connected and flooded the kitchen floor when we used."

"We had a relaxing fun time getting all 4 little cousins together for a long weekend. This was a perfect place do so- we played in the pool, utilized the playroom, went for nature walks around the property and played outside while grilling. A wonderful time for adults and kids alike!"

"We were very impressed with the property. It took us a few minutes to find the gate but were very hapoy. We enjoyed sitting in the entry way and watching the birds and bats. "

"Clean Basic accommodations. We didn't have a pet with us this trip but this would be an excellent place to stay with a dog. "

"Great house in a great area, was there for Iowa State graduation. Quick 15 minute ride to campus. House delivered everything it said. Clean, comfortable, would rent again "

"We didn't spend much time at the house. We were working near by and just needed a place to eat, shower and sleep. We liked the place and would recommend it to others!"

"My daughter and I were in the area for a basketball tournament. We booked weeks ago, but her schedule didnt come out until Tuesday the week of. We found out she didnt play until Saturday evening. On Wednesday, I asked the host if we could alter our stay to check in on Saturday to save a night. She said a refund for Friday night was NOT possible. "Property was above average and we had no issues with it and it worked out really well for our stay. I did have an issue with the very high deposit which I didn't notice until after I booked. (I did check the box without reading details but the previous listing with the same owner that I attempted to book didn't have a deposit so I didn't read carefully.) I don't know if this was a VRBO policy or the owner's policy but my understanding is that the owner can choose to require the deposit, but I...

"I was in town for a dog draft trial and wanted a place away from the busy to relax and decompress after the trial was over. The fenced in yard was a bonus and I only wish I had more time to enjoy the hottub. Everything was clean and nice, I highly recommend and would book again if I am in the area."
