"The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever.
This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough. "We booked last minute and thus it costed us more, but we were absolutely delighted during our stay. The communication with host was simple and they always responded instantly.
Location of the property is amazing. Very close to the Sarenna- Esino train station. Could not have found a better place."

"Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol."
