"The size of the house and its location was great for us but the cleaners need to do a better job. We had to wear our shoes in the house because our feet were black if we went barefoot. We loved the pool and putting green. They also need bigger towels."

"Host was constantly helpful resolving some of the issues with this home. Arriving, no pots/pans were found (host delivered a new set that eveniing, ), massive amounts of dirt in the hot tub and pool (host called cleaner and got that resolved), patio was very dirty (host called the cleaning team right away), broken sliding screen doors, cook top was induction so we were limited on what we could cook. We were charged for repairs. Good Host!"

"Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...
