"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Shanghai Marriott Marquis. The location is excellent and makes it a great base for exploring the city. "The hotel is in a great location with everything nearby, and using the subway is very easy. It is a bit dated; we were initially given an old, noisy room, but were later moved to a much better one. Breakfast is good but nothing special, and the prices for the restaurant and services are extremely high considering the quality is merely average.
