Quality Holiday Home in West Cornwall


Park 30 Bungalow is a lovely bungalow in a quiet park built in the grounds of Kenegie Tudor Manor. A fantastic location from which to explore all the beauty of the Cornish Riviera.
Set 300ft above sea level the approach to the park commands excellent views of St Michael's Mount, the bay and the surrounding area. The property is only 5minutes from the historic market town of Penzance, with its shops, supermarkets and promenade. Penzance Harbour also is the place where you are able to board the ferry for a days visit to the beautiful Isles of Scilly.
Turn left at the park entrance and 10minutes drive will bring you into St.Ives with its golden beaches, quaint streets, shops and famous Tate Gallery. Take the coastal road south from here, with its breath-taking views, and you will soon come to the well known landmark of 'Lands End' , well worth a visit. If you enjoyed the Poldark TV series, a minor detour at Botallack will bring you to the cliffs where much of the filming was done. The ancient Iron Age settlements of 'Chysauster' and 'Carn Euny' are 10minutes drive from your base.
The property itself has recently been refurbished to afford excellent accommodation. The bungalow is fully double-glazed with open plan living area with TV/DVD, modern shower room, a twin and a double bedroom.

The surrounding gardens are communal but you do have your own private outdoor space and patio area. The park is very quiet as most of the properties are privately owned and used only for personal holidays. This means that it almost quarantees the place is never full or too busy.
The bungalow is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing holiday. All rooms are fitted with electric heating ensuring a cosy stay. All electricity and bed linen is included in the price( Car charging is prohibited)

Unlimited Wifi is free with this property.

There is ample free parking at the front of the property but also allocated parking at the rear.

During the main season ( Mid Februaryl-end October) the park facilities include heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub,sauna(small charge paid locally), tennis courts, putting green, & launderette. The 'Old Forge' lounge bar is also open where you can enjoy a selection of drinks and meals.

Sehr gemütlicher Bungalow von dem aus die Region entspannt erkundet werden kann. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit frischem Obst und Gebäck begrüßt. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und kommunikativ. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen den Bungalow uneingeschränkt weiter.

Perfect stay in nice surroundings

The bungalow has everything that it takes to feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped. The place is not very spacious for four people but the space available is very well-utilised. Communication was easy and pleasant. A fruit basket was waiting for us when we arrived - a very nice surprise. Thanks for everything and see you again!

Such a great stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The instructions from the host were spot on & friendly. The property was immaculate and really well equipped. It was in a great location to explore the local area and we loved our time away including our teens!

Nice tiny house near seafront

Nice tiny house, well situated in a silent environment with a lot of nature around, not far away from the beautiful sea front. Kitchen could be equipped a little bit better but adequate to cook a good meal. Good and quick communication with landlord.

Sehr gute Lage

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem netten kleinen Ferienhaus. Hazel ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ausreichend für vier Personen. Zur Begrüßung standen Kekse, frisches Obst, Tee und Milch für uns bereit. Der Park ist angenehm ruhig. Ein Auto wird aber dringend benötigt.

Nice cottage, as a good base. Good pub down road if you can walk. No bus route near which would of helped. The pub/ restaurant on site very nice but it was empty most nights and no food which was a real shame. We booked it on a site so we could go out all day and have drink at night but no matter it was still nice . We enjoyed it.

Zentrale Lage, allerdings sehr steiler Aufstieg, da der Bungalow auf etwa 100 m Höhe liegt.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Unterkunft. Alles da, was man benötigt. Das WLAN ist allerdings nicht kostenlos und wenn man es kauft, leider mit völlig unzureichenden Empfang. Guter Standort für sehenswerte Ausflüge innerhalb von Cornwall.

Very clean, great value for money

We were very worried as booked this as a little extra holiday relatively last minute as it was so comparatively cheap. Couldn't be happier for the money, no frills but immaculately clean and a great location to explore this part of Cornwall.

Beautiful Places

We all enjoyed our holiday at Kenegie Manor Park . It was a great base quiet & just what we needed . We visited Land’s End , Newquay ( the zoo was fab for us big kids at heart ❤️) St Ives and Lizards Point aswell as exploring Penzance itself we walked our socks off !! The property had everything we needed from a bottle opener to lovely cotton covers on our bed to jump into exhausted after being out all day 😊 I’d certainly recommend it !!
