"Best hotel we have stayed in! It ticked all the boxes. We were so happy with it! Spacious family friendly apartments, which were clean, beautifully decorated, and staff were exceptional. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay with excellent service and comfort We had a very pleasant stay at The Select Inn Penrith. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk lady were friendly and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a double queen room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and well presented. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean sheets, and the bathroom was spotless with all the necessary accessories provided. Being in a room next to the pool made...

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back"
