Hovera, meaning eight in Cumbrian sheep counting, is a modern terraced property found in the popular village of Glenridding, on the south shores of Ullswater. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen/dining room with all the mod cons and comfort levels that you would expect. With a sun room and separate living room, with comfy seating around the large wood burner and views of St Sunday Crag and Fairfield, you will find it difficult to tear yourself out of these rooms. On the first floor is a large twin bedroom, which can be made into a super kingsize on request, also boasting great views. The bathroom is also on the floor with a bath and separate large shower. You only need to walk outside Hovera to be on a popular walking route, but as the property is also situated in Glenridding, you are also just a short drive from Keswick, Windermere and Ambleside if you fancy taking in the local shops, pubs and cafés.
