A spacious deck and barbeque facilities allows for casual relaxation or entertaining and a fully equipped bespoke kitchen ensures you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Large sliding doors and windows in living areas and the master bedroom provide direct access to the deck and sweeping views of the beach and coastline.

2 bathrooms. 1 Ensuite and one full bathroom with Spa Bath.

From the moment we walked into island Rose we fell in love with it. Well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lounge room ,comfy beds, and views to die for. The verandah is huge with sweeping views of Cape Jervis and Hog Bay. It is an all weather verandah as it has clear blinds to protect you from all weather conditions. We had all our meals on the verandah looking at the stunning views. Even the roadside verandah has a gorgeous rose garden. We couldn’t think of anything else we would need here. This is our 8th or 9th trip to KI and this is by far our favourite stay. We had nine glorious nights here. Thank you for the lovely complimentary wine on arrival and the our stay at your beautiful home. Sue and Norm

My family and I which includes two teenage children have just spent 4 days at the Island Rose and found the property very clean and comfortable with everything we required for an island stay. Thanks Lydia and Nancy for making it so easy and the bottle of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. We spent many hours on the balcony taking in that great view of the beach which is better than the photo!! Worth noting that this property not only has a fireplace for winter but ducted air conditioning too which is great! This is our first time using Stayz and will be recommending this property to others and will stay here again when have the chance to come back to Kangaroo Island!

This property is a beautiful house that provides you everything you could want or need. It's in a great location. A short walk from the beach and from the centre of town. The driveway is a little difficult to get in and out off if you are in a low car.

This was the first time our family ventured to KI and we loved it. We have two young children and the house was absolutely perfect. The set up was excellent for families and the view was spectacular. Host was extremely helpful and quick with communication. We will stay here again!
