With the porch just feet from the water, the natural cove formed between our private dock and the neighboring creek's point creates a spacious, sheltered swimming area. Enjoy exceptional privacy, separated from neighbors by the creek with its retaining wall to the north and over 150ft of shoreline to the south neighbor.

Water enthusiasts will love our two kayaks available for guest use. All necessary equipment is provided—oars and life jackets in various sizes are stored at the house, so you can safely enjoy the lake without bringing your own gear.

Start your mornings with breathtaking sunrise views across the lake. The east-facing position offers spectacular dawn colors that paint the water—a peaceful moment to savor with your morning coffee on the patio.

A seasonal dock is provided from Memorial Day Weekend until October 1st. Weather permitting.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
