"Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone...

"Room was not ready at check in, scheduled a Hydro message however when we arrived to the spot it was broken and nobody noticed us. Also it was a misunderstanding with one of our dinner reservations tthat was handled bad by the staff "

Wir hatten zunächst ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nahe des Eingangs zu Anlage und baten um eine Prüfung, ob wir nicht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten. Leider klappte es nicht gleich für die erste Nacht, aber der Chef der Rezeption sorgte dafür, daß wir für die restlichen Nächte ein anderes Zimmer beziehen konnten.
