"The room was very basic, with a microwave, but no plates or cutlery. The hot water tap is not working, stuck solid. "

"Booked two bedroom apartments but given a studio room without kitchen, dining and lounge room. When asked to Staff, they said those type of rooms are not belongs to the property anymore. No respond and apologies from the Management. "
