"Was only in the house for a night to attend a friend's nearby retirement party. Nice townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Shawn, the owner, was extremely responsive and worked with us on an early check-in and responded to all of our questions promptly. I'm not sure I'll ever need to visit Clarksville again, but if I do I'll stay here and recommend you do too!"

"We had a family wedding at Burdoc Farms and my family (my husband and I, my two grown children and their spouses and our five grandchildren (ages 4-11) stayed at the property for the weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! The house is amazing with plenty of sleeping space for all, very well stocked…it has everything you could possibly need, the decor is so cozy and interesting…something cool to check out everywhere you looked! The lake is amazing. We really enjoyed the canoes and fire pit....

"This was the perfect property for our family of 3. The home was clean and had everything you could need, especially when traveling with a child. We loved the screened in sun room, hot tub, spacious yard, and playset! Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus too. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was very accomodating for everyone. We had plenty of space and our dog enjoyed that she was able to be with us. Will definitely book again when we are back next year."

"Came to the area to play golf. House was clean and exactly as it was pictured. So much better to be able to spread out to watch TV than trying to watch it while sitting in a bed. I would stay there again if in the area. "

"It was very spacious for 6 adults and 1 infant. We all enjoyed playing pool on the pool table and enjoyed the hot tub . We enjoyed the arcade game room we also did an Easter egg hunt inside and outside in the nice size back yard .very close to stores and near by stuff .se would definitely come back again"

"Good space , location is good. Very clean and comfortable . Its a 2 story location with the bedrooms up stairs , the garage is locked off or was when we were there so i wish the photos of it wasnt in the listing but otherwise everything was very accurate as far as i remember we would definitely rent again we come to the area alot due to family."

"Was asked to cancel booking and rebook outside of VRBO. The lighter for the fireplace (the only source of heat) did not work, and there was no Kinlin for the fire to get light. The path to the yurt was confusing and not clear. I had to book a hotel room at 11:00 at night after arriving from my wedding. One of the worst experiences of my life. I will be conactacting VRBO when I get back from my honeymoon."
