"Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral."

"Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

"Relaxing, peaceful, remote location, which can be easily accessed from Pisa / Florence by car. Fantastic views across the valley. Hosts were great at communicating, before and during the stay. Would recommend for an older family that wants to get away from it all. "

"What a beautiful place to stay. Literally an Italian villa in the countryside. We had 12 people stay here for 8 nights. Plenty of privacy, bedrooms, bathrooms. Would absolutely stay here again. The caretakers Gabriella and her husband were perfect hosts and very helpful! He even carried our luggage in and out for us! "

"The location was perfect for doing day trips to all the amazing Emilia Romagna cities. We saw San Marina, Ravenna, Dozza, Parma, Modena & more! It was also perfect to just relax. There are many terrific restaurants nearby. Our hosts, Gregorio & Francesco were wonderful, they truly wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Italy and were helpful with anything we needed. We can't wait to come back!"

"this was such a lovely flat - would the weather had been kinder to us so we could eat on one of the terraces - next time! Alberto is a hugely responsive host - replies immediately to any message - and has furnished the flat thoughtfully and attractively. It's right in the middle of town but quiet and peaceful - a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommended."

"Loved it! It’s a unique apartment with a lot of character and charm. The views of the city are just amazing. Located right in the historic center of Modena, just at footsteps from great restaurants, the duomo and the Mercato Albinelli. Luca was a great host, very kind and attentive."

"Excellent location to walk minutes to shopping, sites, grocery. We had rental car for country visits and pkg was easy. Apt was clean, quiet and owner was easy to speak with, met us with keys/hand off. Recmd highly"

"The location was amazing. Ruth is an amazing host and was helpful from the moment we booked. We will definitely return to this area in the future. Also several wonderful restaurants nearby in small friendly villages. The views were breathtaking and we really were able to relax the whole week while we were there."

"Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem außergewöhnlichen Anwesen verbracht. Die Villa Le Panche ist mit ihren 5 Schlafzimmern mit En-suite-Bad perfekt ausgestattet für eine große Gruppe von bis zu 14 Personen. Wir waren dort mit 8 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern sowie zwei Hunden. Der wunderschöne, komplett eingezäunte Garten, der Pool, das toll ausgestattete und mit viel Charme restaurierte Haus waren ein toller Aufenthaltsort für unsere Familie.
