"The hotel was located on a slope . If you call a taxi, they will be able to go up the slope . My daughter and I call Uber and we had to literally haul up our luggages up the slope to reach the hotel . So that really take away the nice experience I had staying at the hotel ."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. A very close walk to all the port houses. Stayed in a 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom beautiful suite. The pool is quiet and clean. Had an amazing massage! The rooftop bar has the best view of the river and the bridge. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Big shout at to Claudia. She’s so friendly !!!!"

The house is beautifully restored with so much character and the room we were staying in was rustic and beautiful with a high ceiling and beautiful view of the Promenade. We hung out outside by the pool/fountain (wish it was a functional pool) and watched a Fifa match in their cool TV room. "We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great.
