"We had the most wonderful time staying here. Most of the stay, we sat in the yard starting at the beautiful lake and greenery. The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals. We ran out of time and didn’t have a chance to enjoy the kayaks, but I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you for the most restful stay. It was just what we needed for a break from the city."

"Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. The parking lot has numerous people hanging around. There are signs warning of human trafficking as you go in and also in the dingy lobby. The clerk actually told me that I didn’t have to stay there if I didn’t want to, because the ‘vibe’ of the place had changed since it changed ownership. I took his advice and left and now I’m trying...

Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work...
