However, we were there for March break, and only one elevator was working. We were on the 10th floor. It took more than 12 mins for an elevator to come, and when it did, it was full. On many occasions we had to take the stairs, from the 10th floor with luggage was not a great experience. Out of 3 elevators, don’t just have one working! Not acceptable!"

The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in!
