"Had a problem initially with check-in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.But that was only due to the fact that there was a big party prior and they were having problems having the guest checkout.But the gentleman upgraded me to a sweet that had a Jacuzzi for one night and everything was fine.Thank you very much"

"My friends and I stayed in this hotel to explore the Central Valley and the location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved their breakfast options including fruit, scrambled eggs, fresh corn tortillas, rice and beans. We ate dinner there one night and it was very good. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and enormous. The modern bathroom was incredibly wonderful. The jetted bathtub and shower water pressure very impressive. The homemade breakfast and coffee was an amazingly wonderful experience with the gorgeous pool view and picturesque mountains in the background. You will need to uber from this location however Ubers were very cheap and very safe. Very relaxing stay and very satisfied with this boutique Hotel!!!"

"Peter and his staff were so kind and welcoming, he even stayed up until 1am for our late flight. The only complaint are the beds were pretty stiff, but that’s common in CR. It’s under the flight path of the airport so you will hear the jets every now and then, it can be loud at times. Overall I was very pleased with the sincere kindness we received, that to me means a lot. Thanks!"

"I loved this hotel. It’s attached to a mini food mall of sorts that has great local food. The hotel’s restaurant Cense is also amazing. I went there on my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. The ambience is elegant and the dishes are made to perfection. We had coffee and breakfast at the hotel lounge which was also great. The gym had enough equipment for us to get a decent workout in also. Overall I’d recommend and definitely stay here again. "
